David grew up in Nashville and Atlanta before either of these cities had professional soccer teams. He won four acting awards as the titular lead in the feature dramedy HUDSON. He has guest starred on Homeland, Little America, Fantasmas, The Onion, and recurred on Billions. On Difficult People David had the honor of delivering what JULIE KLAUSNER has called one of her favorite jokes that she’s ever written (NSFW). He’s also appeared on Mr. Robot, Escape at Dannemora, Broad City and many other shows. One of his favorite hobbies is training for JEOPARDY!

He plays a lead as DR. PHIL in the action-comedy Crazy Famous, and GARY in Sony Pictures Classics film The Climb.
